after 24 yrs of having insurance with Farmers i am searching for a new agent. last yr we got our endorsements and they year of our 2 vehicles were wrong. went to her office and her helper said that we need to bring our titles in. i stopped by the office on two occasions and they were closed. called her and she said she would fix it. sent me a new endorsement and it was wrong! not sure what is going on in that office but i feel that if they can't get the year of my vehicles right, wouldn't want to have to deal with them if there was a claim to be settled.
