John seems like a pretty good guy up front, But he totally screwed me on my home owners policy. He sold me coverage on my roof that was completely worthless. When it was all said and done, they payed less than 15% of the cost of a new roof. All the time, John had told be that I was covered and even told me that I was covered to upgrade my roof to stone coated steel. He is a liar! Do NOT buy insurance from this man, and do NOT use American National Insurance, they are aweful!!!
