This company's customer service was horrible!!! Our claim was denied by Debbie Wharton, where it states clearly we were covered. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. I am ashamed to say we have insurance with them, and EVERY ONE of my friends knows about our experience. Even the companys and contractors that dealt with Debbie Wharton even said how heartless she was to our situation. Please, if you know what you are doing, DO NOT get insurance with this company. They will find any and all loop holes to NOT help you out!!!!
