Never had a better claim experience. They were very fast & generous
Make sure you read the ENTIRE policy including exclusions...after 42 years with the same agency my claim was denied by Tower Group and they were very unprofessional in the handling of my claim
Be prepared to put a new roof on your house after you pay in full for the year. Don't expect them to fix your car to last a few months after an accident. The Tower Group & Adirondack are the WORST insurance company ever dealt with in over 35 years of having insurance.
Their affiliate Tower Group is the WORST company I have delt with. No call backs, get transferred around and can't speak to a human, just voicemail.
Adirondack Insurance is a very reputable company holding the best consumer complaint ratio (fewest complaints by customers) in the state of NY for several years in a row. Customer service and claims handling is outstanding as well as policy coverage.
