I moved my policy to Gina Gwynne the year she began with State Farm. In all these years her office has always followed up on any issue and treats me as if I were their only customer. Several years ago, I had a series of bad accidents for which I was not at fault. During this time, staff not only followed up with the financial end but called and emailed checking on my well being. I always receive friendly, courteous and professional service when I call and would never consider moving my coverage regardless of the cost.
