I have tried for almost 2 months to get a copy of my policy. I have made 6+ calls and spoken to several people in the office. They just keep saying they will mail it or its in the mail. I never have received it. This is just a stall tactic. They have no intention of sending it. I'm changing my policy to another company asap because of this.

My family has been AAA members for almost 10 years. When I tried to cancel with AAA, Debbie did not communicate with me WHATSOEVER. I got numerous charges because she didn't tell me a damn thing that was going on. I will never use AAA again because of the crap service provided.
