I give everyone but Carla 10 stars. I agree with what everyone else commented about her. She is rude, mean and acts like she doesn't have the time to talk to you. Same here, if she answers I ask for someone else. She needs an attitude adjustment.

That is funny, I had the same problem when she worked for another insurance company. You never know what mood to expect from her. Is she having a good day or bad day. If she answers the phone I just ask for some body else.

I like Jerry and State Farm and have been with them for years. I sent a email to Jerry about his worker Carla, she lied to my mom, yelled at her and was rude. When I called, she lied to me and scolded me like I was a kid. I went somewhere else for my insurance. As long as she is there I will not have my insurance there.
