I've been a customer of this agency for the past 20+ years and received a quote of $7000 a year to insure 2 cars. I was given the excuse that because there are 2 drivers (one just got his license today) in the house I need to have 2 principle drivers on the policy even if this new driver would be driving on occasion and maybe 20-15 miles a week. As one just received his license, this drove the policy cost up far beyond other quotes I am receiving. Sad that this is how they treat a loyal on time paying, few claim customer after all these years. Requested this "policy" of 2 cars= 2 principal drivers in a formal document and what a surprise, they don't have it. I smell a scam.
