Elise will take 1 1/2 weeks to provide a quote that is never provided. You can get a quote from Progressive online in less than 10 minutes but they have to send it to your agent. Give Elise your credit card info and tell her to activate it, make an appointment to pick it up, get stood up, no call from her, the policy was not activated, I lost out on buying a vehicle. This is the second time this has happened. My advise, find a different agency
