I would not do business with Country Financial, or Brian Guenther. After doing business with this finanical institute for over 8 years. I finally decided to buy a new car. Upon requesting a quote from Brian, we confirmed the rate with the agent and went through with the purchase. Since then we have recieved 5 Bills for all different amounts that are equal to double the quoted amount.

Upon contacting customer service, they claimed that a mistake had been made but that they could do nothing to fix it. If a business makes a mistake, they should stand by the mistake and fix it. Brian Guenther will not admit to making a mistake and fixing the problem. Both Country Financial corporate and the agent claim they can do nothing about it.
Conclusion: -Horrible Customer Service -Miss leading Quotes -Negative Attitude
