This agency did not underwrite the policy we asked for. We came from another agency w good coverage in order to get accident forgiveness. They never disclosed that there are add ins to buy for this type of coverage and after paying $1650 for 6 months we were unpleasantly surprised when we had to make a claim that we had no coverage for accident forgiveness. The agent who smd us the pucy was no longer on staff and according to corp. They coukd do nothing but make a note on the file and had no interest but to back the agency owners. Frustrating and disappointing. The rate fir the next six months doubled. We have found better polucies now with liberty mutual, geico and Horace Mann. I suggest not using this agency for home or auto. Rude, unprofessional and do not stand up to their commercials!
