I had dealt with Lester Smalls jr and Delaware Valket Planning for years. My policy was approaching term expiration on 9/18/18. At that juncture premium woukd spike dramatically.I had several conversations with Lester that the intent was to not continue beyond that date.i again mentioned multiple times we would shop policy later in fall. As he is the life insurance professional and we are novice consumers he should have offered up surrender forms to stop policy from continuing. He failed and never offered. To our surprise we had policy we thought ended being charged exorbitant rates for several months. When approached he lied about our conversations. These are not good people. I would give zero stars if allowed. This man is not honest.
