If you want someone you can trust, Kip Martin is the best person for the job! He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to defend you in dealing with your insurance company. He explained the plan and the whole process, always caring and understanding our family's needs and wants. His staff, Gerald Guilles is the main person in doing our personal inventory, he finished in one week and showed us the report with very competitive pricing and knew what to do especially when ashes are the only thing left in one part of my house. He knows what is best for everyone and is filled with great ideas. Debbie and Danielle are the 2 people in the office that always responded to my phone calls and emails. I never felt pressured or not in control. If I could, I would steer everybody to go with the Martin Group. We will forever be grateful to them. Thanks to all of you! After all what we've been through, we're glad that we were able to make the right decision.
