I was a customer of Brad's for numerous years. I have a career where the protection of my personal information is extremely important to me. One of Brad's employees accessed my account information during business hours from Brad's office and contacted me about a non-work related matter. Not only is this completely unprofessional, but it violated State Farms policies and procedures. Brad was informed of the situation and asked that I switch agents which I did. Do not trust Brad Siok's office with your personal information.
