I really am not sure how Mr. Rossi business ethics are but, I do know that when I tried to conduct business with his company (because of a wreck we worked) his secretary Michelle was "RUDE" and "VERY UNPLEASANT" and has absolutely NO business on the receiving end of his business phone. She was very rude and told me that she didn't have time for my "bull" because she was working with hail, and fire damage, she then hung up on me and all I asked her was if she received my fax...Mr. Rossi I hope you don't take this wrong but it looks like you may need to replace her with someone with better business ethics and business telephone etiquette.
