Terrible customer service! Office manager, Sue was very rude when I called for a policy quote. Accused me if being friends with a name I've never heard of and then hung up on me!! Steer clear of this agency, with all the other options out there why solicit the services of an agency that allows thier staff to treat customers that way?!
