Dear Binh Nguyen.New york life should be very proud of your continued success.It seems that you have worked to increase sales and improve the lives of others and provide them with peace of mind.Due to your reputation,professional contacts and career path,it seems that you are an ideal person to help with a problem.I need financial advice.When i first came to this country from Vietnam,I worked very hard and saved a lot of money.I used that money for a down payment for my home.Due to the fact that i could not initially have the home in my name,I got the help of two professional people who are still a married couple.Since this Vietnamese couple originally had more knowledge of real estate law than I did,I was overcharged several thousand dollars for the real estate transaction.Then i discovered the couple claim my mortgage payments and interest as a deduction on their income tax.I am due approximately $42,000 from this couple.They falsely represented the facts to the federal government.How should i secure these funds from them?I will be happy to provide you with additional facts about my situation if you need them.I believe that other Vietnamese people have had the same problem,so whatever advice you give me,I will be able to share with them.I look forward to hearing from you soon with advice.RESPECTFUL.
