I have worked with Jim Winter at Capital Insurance in Spokane, WA for approximately 10 years. Jim is an exceptional insurance agent. He is a small agency and not too busy for my business. He counsels to ensure coverages are adequate and coordinated. I have been impressed by the value Jim has added to my insurance relationships. He has saved me thousands of dollars over the past 10 years.
While I'm just a small, individual customer, Jim treats me like I'm his most important client.
I do not live in the Spokane area. I work with Jim because of Jim's personalized service and skill.
