I received an estimate for 2500 to rebuild and re-screen our pool cage, which was damaged by a falling tree limb. Their adjustor returned an estimate of less than our deductible ($1000.00) and they will pay nothing. When I questioned an agent in the claims department, she lied about the tree was dead. i told her I am standing underneath it- it is all green and she babbled on about some "brown leaves".
