I’ve found Richard Joyce with Best Value Medicare Plans while doing my internet research about how Medicare works. He gave me a comprehensive Medicare review that really spelled out everything to do. Richard is knowledgeable and he explains things well. It was clear that getting Medicare A & B was the best way to go. Then Richard found me a well-known company for my Medicare Supplement plan G to fill the coverage gaps in Medicare. I already referred Richard to several of my friends and family!

Richard found the exact same Medigap Plan that we currently have but at a much lower cost. We were overpaying for years and did not realize it until Richard did a free cost analysis for us. I highly recommend Richard.

Richard Joyce at Best Value Medicare Plans saved me $102 per month with my Medigap insurance. I read one of his internet articles on why people should shop their rate every few years to make sure they are getting the best deal. The article explained how Medigap insurance policies are identical between the companies when comparing the same plan letter but the rates are not. After getting rate increases for 5 years I thought I would give them a call. Richard got me my same plan G with a well-known company but for a lot less money. With some of the savings he got me enrolled in a really good paying dental insurance. Richard is the best. Helpful, honest, patient and thorough. I highly recommend Richard Joyce with Best Value Medicare Plans.

Richard Found my mother insurace who I thought would never be approved. He spoke to many insurance companies until one said they would take her at a affordable rate. When she turned 65 he walked her through the entire process of getting on medicare and got her a good medicare supplement plan. I highly recommend Richard.

Comments: I do not know who this person is. However when an individual has a policy through me as their agent they are responsible to pay the premium direct to the insurance company. Once a policy is placed active I am not involved in the premium collecting process and/or billing in any way. If a person was behind in paying their premium to the insurance company and they contact me I would advise that they pay their premium to the insurance or the policy will lapse.
