I expect that this review will be promptly deleted as soon as Rich or his wife Connie, discover it. I've known Rich since he was a kid. We were classmates. I bought whole Life insurance policy from him 36 years ago. In 2008, he convinced me to cancel that policy and apply for a new one, he chose. As a result, he made money. I lost my assets. Unaware, I trusted him. Disabled in 2010, I transferred my 401K over to an IRA with his company, Asset Preservation Specialist, Sherrillville, IN. He scammed me, Ponzi Scheme? Stole the entire amount, mine, several others. Found out later, he has been doing this since the 1990's, scamming insurance policy holders and retirement investors out of money. Do not trust him. He has committed insurance and securities fraud, the FBI, US POSTAL SERVICE, IRS, State of Indiana, have completed their investigation. Hopefully will be arrested and prosecuted soon. May God have no mercy on his soul. He belongs to the devil.
