Nick Bauer and Valley Benefits has been approaching us for several years to quote our Health Insurance. They never once came to our place of Business to introduce themselves. Based on there email solicitations, this year we gave them the opportunity and filled out State Applications. We also were working with our longtime current Agent that always visits us for quotes. Apparently they both went to a same Carrier for a Quote and there was some stipulation that the carrier would only give a quote to one Broker? So we approved the Carrier to give the quote to our long time Agent. When I called Valley Benefit to see how our quotes (multiple) were coming Nick was very nasty and said we undermined him by letting our Agent take his quote? I stated I had no Idea how that works but did he not receive additional quotes to present and he stated he wouldn't present them and didn't want to work with us. Wow!
