I tried for over two months to get off my insurance plan with my ex and grown children(that already had their own insurance and the staff there could not or would not get this set up with a pymt plan!!!! Instead they chose to cancel me, for no reasons other than they were not able to perform their duties!!! I called and emailed numerous times and now they are sending me a collection notice for315.94. I also tried several times to contact Al Bonker himself to resolve the issue on my renewal.
