Mr. Pagano did not have a restoration company clean my house, he brought 3 females and the two males came about 10-15 minutes later and he told them to help them wipe the walls down with sponges on the stick, so I figured they also, work for him. At the time he did not disclosed a cost for the cleaning so I thought I was included in his 25% since he brought the 3 females in his own vehicle . ...They wiped walls, moped, dusted and two of my bedrooms were empty and he charged 3888.00 and when I disputed the cost and asked for bill from the restoration company he ignored it. I still did not get my furniture cleaned, power washed front, dining room chairs cleaned etc. when I got quotes later for the cleaning that was done $400.00-$600.00. When I talked with Mr. Pagano after months of leaving messages with Keisha his office manager he was upset that I settled the insurance claim. I'm not disputing the cleaning was done but for 2 1/2 hours I'm sure that was not 3550.00 he said he would take additional $300.00 of and that my house wasn't that bad all I need lil paint and power wash. Educated consumer is the best customer. The $2500.00 he wants to give me from to have someone paint clean my furniture etc. from the money that was paid to help me get my house back in order I still have smoke damage to my porch all my windows are still dirty from smoke. The fire was in December, 2013. I settled for the amount given because my husband ask me to and said if person is not upright in business that it eventually catches up with them.
