DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! Fred lied to me during setting up my policy, which I later confirmed with the insurance company he signed me up with. and when my payment MORE THAN DOUBLED due to an error on Freds part he WOULD NOT HELP ME and said my payment doubled because I removed auto draft (a feature which Fred gets commission on and told me was mandatory)... how does my payment go from $220 to $500 with 0 traffic incidents, out of nowhere?

I waited on hold for Fred only for him to be extremely rude to me and tell me I needed to call someone else. The insurance company told me directly that I needed to talk to the agent that signed me up.
