We would still be with Ralph and Burnsville Insurance, except that I found a home/auto policy through a different agency that better fit our needs. The company that offered that policy wasn't available through Ralph. Ralph does a spectacular job of follow up to review client needs annually. He was never intrusive, just responsible, professional and caring. When I sought reimbursement for a windshield nick repair in the amount of $35 on a rental and the insurance company declined it, he went after them on my behalf. We received a check and an apology. He's the best agent we've every had. I just wish he would be representing some additional companies.
