Needed help getting a different type of insurance for automobiles due to some thing that happened with one of my daughters. He couldn’t have been more rude when I was asking questions trying to find out answers. when I asked a question, his answer didn’t correlate to my question and so I would get upset and say no I wanna know and he was so short and so rude he started swearing at me he called me the B word because he didn’t wanna be bothered today. I am so disappointed in the service I received from him I will be finding a different agent one that can handle conversation and compassion and help a customer that’s calling for help finding insurance. In good faith I can not suggest him helping anyone going forward. I was upset because he could not explain what happened on one of our accidents that wasn’t our fault and he had such horrible language and was so unprofessional it made me sick. I believe if he was working for a company and not just himself he would’ve been fired because that is not how they want customers treated. I did customer service for years and I now work with students and I cannot believe if I treated my students this way that I would have a job.
