This is a NOOOOOOOO service fly by night embarrassment of an Allstate office. This company doesn't send invoices for review and will not supply you with a proof of insurance card which is required by Illinois state law. They are extremely hard to deal with. I have condo insurance with them too and they have to be reminded to get the yearly info to my asc. There is NOOOOO service here. I just emailed them because they pulled $563.00 out of my checking account with no invoice and I think they are trying to tell me that they outsourced to some other Allstate office without my consent? There are ALOT of red flags here and I don't think corporate is going to be real excited to hear about this office and their antics.
