My home has been insured with Hawkeye Mutual for almost 15 years. I have never been late with a payment and they have never had to pay a dime. Recently, I was informed that they will not be renewing my policy. TJ, the president, stated that "your house is a dump and we probably should have never been insured anyway". Wow! That is some customer service!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR HOME!!! He will just continue to take your money for years and then decide to drop you when he wants.
