Ms. Robinson does not answer her phone. When called, her phone dumps you into the customer service line which is a Liberty Mutual Black Hole. Simple questions regarding policy and claim information can take hours to get a response. Coverages on my policy were not adequately explained and it cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket as I was told “you’re not covered”. By the “claims department”. More attempts to call Tiffany again went to the customer service line whereas I would be transferred to different departments. While getting my call transferred there were multiple disconnects which then required that I start the calls over again. Had I been able to reach my agent, a lot of my frustration could have been avoided. After 8 months , I learned that my damage claim on my homeowner’s policy should have been further investigated for possible coverage. Too late now! I’ve since taken my business to another insurance company. I would not recommend this agency or Liberty Mutual Insurance company to anyone.
