Jim was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can't tell if I insulted him by asking questions about the policy, or if he was annoyed that I had questions in general, but he was beyond rude and I would recommend that you go elsewhere with your insurance needs regardless of the price. I'm not the person to typically write reviews, but felt that this was the best way to express the amount of disgust that I have for this person and this company. PLEASE use someone else that won't blatantly insult you and talk down to you for not having the insurance aptitude that he does. I apologize that my job isn't to sell insurance as is yours Jim, but you shouldn't disrespectfully talk to people the way that you do.
