"Please be advised that on October 5, 2007, the Marion Circuit Court in Indianapolis, Indiana, entered an Order of Liquidation against Benicorp Insurance Company, pursuant to Ind. The Order of Liquidation appointed Indiana Insurance Commissioner Jim Atterholt as Liquidator of Benicorp and directed that he take possession and control of the property, books, records and assets of Benicorp and administer them under the general supervision of the."
