I recruited Dwight to Southwestern Life Ins. Co. in 1970 when Dwight was at Univ. of Arizona {I think 1970). A fast learner, hard and smart worker, and the ability to make decisions quickly. Always a fair and empathetic guy.. I have trained over 200 agents and Dwight was # 1 !!!
